Currently i have a laptop with an i5 gen 2 processer. Its has integrated graphics though so i believe it is getting held back. My goal is to be able to play league at 40+FPS and stream it at 30+ FPS.

Currently with my PC it struggles to do this without the quality turned way down as all the graphics and computing power is being done on the Processer and it is not able to do both. At least thats what i have been told.

My budget is $500 USD. I wouldnt mind AMD as i do know that is a bit cheaper. I do have a few PCS laying around the office that i am at currently with faulty fans and such so they wont start that i could take the HDD out of so i wont need to buy an operating system i believe?

In any event thats what im trying to accomplish for a reasonable price. I will not need a screen or any of the accesories as i already have them.

I have looked at this computer a few times. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883227475
And yes i know its a bit higher priced then if i bought the parts and assembled them myself but i just dont know where to start

I would not recommend taking a harddrive from another PC and just use it.
Always reinstall.
The PC you're looking at has a terrible graphics card. It will play LoL, but not at high settings.
The power supply also looks like a dung of poo, should be avoided by all means.

You can take the HDD out of a PC, but you will still need a OS. And I wouldnt use the HDD if it's over 4 years old. Anyways, here is a good build, I would not recommend the build you have.

MSI Z77A G41
Intel I3 3220
NZXT Switch 210
MSI HD 7770
Corsair CX 500
Seagate Barracuda 1 TB
2 X 4 GB Crucial Ballistix Sport 1600 MHz
Windows 8 64 Bit
Comes out around $600. I wouldn't reccomend getting much worse components if you want to game well. If you have a HDD that matches what I said above, then you can bring down the cost about $100.
