Ordering from PCCG

I'm building myself an Intel system and I've got everything else picked out, now I just need a decent board to go with the CPU. I'm willing to spend $160 max, would rather keep it around $130. I'm kinda leaning towards one of ASRock Z77 Extreme4 ($149) or ASUS P8Z77-M PRO ($139), even though the former is a bit pricier it is full ATX. All suggestions welcome.

I'm not going to OC at all, this is strictly a workstation PC.

*bump*

I'm ordering tomorrow, unless anyone objects/has better suggestions I'm going for the ASRock Z77 Extreme 4. I'm also kind of considering getting the Gigabyte GA-Z68XP-UD4 ($169, on sale) and downgrading the CPU to a i5 2320 to save a little, is this board good? I'll probably stick with the Xeon, though.

unless you plan to buy ecc ram, theres no point in buying the xeon. get the i5 series instead
Why's that? It seems comparable to an i7 except it has no IGP (which I don't need anyway), and it's $60 cheaper than the i7 3770, which seems like an awesome deal to me.

Anyway, I'm not looking for exactly a workstation workstation board, just a very, very, very reliable board that will do its job in a workstation... $300 is a bit much. I'll get it if it's definitely worth it, but I don't need 24/7 throughout the year at all costs reliability and all that, something I imagine proper workstation boards try to do.
