Need a good laugh?

Well, Dell didn't call at 5:30.. and they still haven't called.. So I just went and did the whole thing myself, as hard as it was ;). Everything is working just fine.
 
I was going to demand a return for a new one when I first called, but when they said that they were going to send me that stuff, it should fix all the problems and be quicker then sending the whole laptop in... But if it doesn't work it's going back.

they are probaly going to have you keep trying to fix it until the warrinty expires
