Need a little help here please!

Right, To start off with, My computer would Start, But would not boot into Anything, No Post messages, just blank screen, All the fans . Lights would be working, Except anything powered by USB, It would then randomly boot into Post then Windows anything from 1 to 30 minutes later.

I've taken it apart, Cleaned everything (With caution) Still no joy, Swapped Ram cards around, Nothing, Took the ram out, and i was expecting some sort of Bleeps to indicate there is no ram, but there was nothing, No visual damage on the Motherboard, And there was no problems leading up to this, Any ideas?!

reset your cmos, there is a small round piece of metal on the mobo, after unplugging the power for a few mins, use a screw driver to pry it out, then leave it out for a little while (10mins i guess will work) then put it in and turn on the power and should be fine.

I've reseated the Cmos battery allready
 
if you still have a windows disk you may want to repair the installation, might help, otherwise idk
 
If you have a spare Power Supply laying around try hooking that up, it's possible either your power supply or MoBo is dead. Generally when I've had this type of issue when none of the usual fixes do the job the power supply is always the first piece of hardware I check.

If I remember right from my class the first thing the comp does even before the POST is charge the PSU and send a signal to the MB to get started and then give the CPU power, so if that's not happening for what ever reason it won't get to the POST.

I took out the GPU and it seems to work allright without it, It could still be the Power pack not giving the GPU enough power?, Or just a dodgy GPU, I have been seing alot of Artifacts come to think of it, and BSOD 0x0124

Well if you've been seeing artifacts I'd bet it's the GPU, try replacing it with a old one if you have it and if it works that's your answer. It could be the PSU, does your PSU have 2 or more power connectors for the GPU? If so try using a different connector to test it.

It's basically a trial and error approach, using different hardware or configurations until you discover where the problem is.

Also list your specs with brands and model #'s

System specs is

Motherboard: ASUS M4A77

4GB DDR2 ram

XFX HD5850 1GB

AMD PhenomII 965 BE 3.4 GHZ

That power supply would make me nervous, having a brand name reliable PSU is key in any build. Regardless of if the PSU is the problem or not I would highly recommend replacing it with a well known and trusted brand like Corsair, XFX, or Antec among others.

If you haven't yet still try and throw a different GPU in there and see if it works, odds are that's the problem if you were seeing artifacts. Same thing happened to me on my old comp but I replaced the card before it failed all together.
