need a little help...

i downloaded a __________ on torrentspy and its about 50 files all being 50mb each.....how do i install it or get it into 1 file

right click on one of them and select extract and extract it to wherever you want it, I usually select the first one but I don't think it matters (you need to have a program that unpacks whatever type of file they are stored as too, but you'll likely have one)
