Need a motherboad suggestion

Hey all, ive searched for a while with no really good finds, i need a motherboard for a friend, it has to:

> support Core 2 Duo's
> support DDR400 (PC3200)
> have 2 x PCI-e x16 slots, but one will do, its not crucial
> be exactly or under £70 GBP

does that support core 2 duos? according to the ebay listing it doesnt... and also has no PCI-e x16 slots...

It is proving dificult... see the firend has 4Gb of PC3200 ram, so doesnt really wnt to upgrade that, he just got GIVEN 2 x 7900GS 512Mb cards so wants to put them to use, wants a CPU/mobo combination coming to no more than £200. I went for the C2D e6300 for about £120, leaving £80 for a semi-decent mobo

Finding a motherboard with:
1. 4 DDR slots
2. 2 PCIx16 slots
3. Core 2 Duo support

Is going to be impossible. Have you bought the CPU? Cause if not, an SLi Socket 939 setup would do it.
 
The P5B uses DDR2. Finding a DDR board other than the VSTA (yes it supports core 2) will more than likely be impossible.
 
no, he hasn't bought the CPU yet, £200 for a motherboard and processor. AMD or Intel doesn't matter, i was trying to get best performance in that price range by choosing the e6300.

Ok, change it over to AMD Skt939, any suggestions there?
