need a new computer any suggestions?

hi im just wonderin wat u guys would advise me on buying theres so many computers its hard to chose i just want a new comp that is fast , can play cool games, and has a cd/dvd drive and has decent space on hard drive, an if not the dvd drive mainly have a cdrw i would use, im lookin for one under 600 dollars any suggestions? only ones ive really noticed are dells
 
a 600$ Dell would not play really well games... Check tomshardware.com there a nice place that tell you how build a pc for under 500$(i thing) that is able to handle very well todays game
 
Look into eMachines (some, not all) they usually have very good deals and pretty good upgradeability. A mid level Dell would also be somewhat ok. With a 600$ price cap though you'll be hard pressed to find a machine that can play the newer games.
 
Yea , Emachines are awesome , you could just too , look at some barebones that just missing a video card and put a new video card on it , so easy and quick done
