Need a new gaming computer

Ok, I am looking at buying a new computer to be used for playing games such as Crysis. I have a $700-$800 budget. The thing is, I know absolutely nothing about computers, so building one is out of the question. All I need is someone to point me out a decently priced gaming computer than can run games at high detail smoothly, and already assembled (if that even exists).

I found this computer, but I have no idea what any of the specs mean and if it's a good deal. This one costs $750 and comes with the following:

Custom Full-Tower Case
Phenom II 940 Quad-Core Black Edition @ 3.0Ghz stock
Asus M4A79 Deluxe AM3/AM2 Motherboard
4 GB OCZ Fatal1ty DDR2 Memory @ 1066Mhz
Sapphire Radeon HD 4890 OC Edition @ 900Mhz Core Clock (The fastest single ATi card out...for now)
Western Digital Caviar Black 650 GB 32 MB Cache
Corsair HX650 Watt Power Supply (Voted best power supply by PC magazine)
Windows XP 64-Bit Professional Service Pack 3
LG DVD Burner
Linksys Wireless Card (802 something or other)
Logitech Wireless Keyboard and Mouse

I was also looking at the Alienware Aurora, but I'm not sure if this is a good system or if I'm just paying for the name. http://www.alienware.com/products/aurora-desktop.aspx?SysCode=PC-AURORA-R5&SubCode=SKU-DEFAULT

All help is appreciated.

That is a very good deal.
You cant make that comp for the price its all name brand stuff.
I would go for make OC the cpu to and get a better fan for it maybe.

The computer is pre owned and I have no way of checking it out in person because they live in Pennsylvania and I live in Alabama. So whai I'm asking is it a bad idea to blindly buy a used computer?
