Need a new modem and router

So I'm moving in a couple of weeks and I'm getting Comcast's Blast Plus bundle. It says I'll get download speeds up to 30Mbps, so with that in mind, can you guys suggest a good/decent/reliable modem and router? I just want to make sure I don't overspend and buy a modem/router that's overkill, or vice-versa.

Thanks for the quick response John. That is also the modem I was leaning towards, I've been mostly stuck on picking out a router. If I decide not to get Wireless N, I'll definitely get the Linksys.

Here's the question, to anyone, should I get wireless-n? I do a lot of downloading, sometimes while streaming Netflix/Hulu, and occasionally Xbox Live. I'm also going to have a roommate doing a lot of possible downloading(Steam). Will G suffice? Or should I go for N in this case? Or at a max of 30Mbps, does it not matter?
