Need A New Motherboard

OK to start im kinda new to computers. My dad has worked with them pretty much all his life. My brother caught on and got his first actual gaming computer in '03. I got a custom one but it had major driver issues so some of those parts i am using in my current one. (Which is based off my brothers)
So i just got a new power supply and plugged it all in. I was expecting some things to go wrong, for example i forgot to put the RAM in. But sadly i have tried 3 different graphics cards and no picture. So my dad tells me i need a new motherboard.
Ok so back on track this is my setup as of right now.
Current (Broken Motherboard)- ASRock 775v88
link- http://www.asrock.com/mb/overview.asp?Model=775V88
Graphics- ATI Radeon sapphire X 1600 Pro
Hard Drive- X2 Western Digital Serial ATA 80GB
a couple of fans
Dvd rom drive
And my new Chiefmax ATX Switching 680W power supply

I have no clue what processor i have. I was wondering if i could buy another motherboard and take my processor out and put it in a new one.

Anyways i need a new one that can support all that stuff and i need it to be fairly cheap.

Thanks for any help really appreciate it.

First off I would run some more diagnostics on it. It doesn't seem clear how you came to the assumption of a bad mobo. Also you want to check what processor you have so you can find out the socket, then look for a new mobo.

I would start by having your computer all built and setup, and then go from there. Are there lights on? any beeps? etc.

Ok there is no beep, a small clicking noise (only once at startup) my usb mouse and keyboard have no power, the gpu fan is working and my case fans are all working. and there is a red light and a green light on the front of my case. The red light has a diagram that looks like a cylinder, and the green is a light bulb

Ok 2 lights on front of case, Green light-has a light bulb diagram and a red light-has a cylinder diagram. No beep's. GPU fan is working as well as my other two fans connect to the mobo.

ok two lights one red-cylinder picture, and one green-light bulb picture. Both on the front of my case. No beeps. My GPU Fan is working so theres power. Umm both of my fans that are connected to my mobo are working.

ok but back to the mother board i need a new one thats like $100 but i also need the processor already in it...Because i have no clue on how to install one.
And my other question never got answered: Can i use my old processor in the new mobo as long as its compatible? Or is it a possibility that my processor is blown too?

You will have to put a CPU by yourself, as I haven't seen a mobo with one already in. You can buy mobo bundled with some CPU but I would avoid that. Check YT on how to install a CPU. Make sure you buy a correct mobo and correct CPU, and yeahh make sure!
