Need a new PSU

At the moment I'm using the power supply that came with the case which cost £13. Had it for a year. Runs my PC perfectly. It's a 300W AB Power LC-8320BTX. It's:

+3.3V - 18A
+5V -12A
+12V1 - 8A
+12V2 - 13A
-12V - 0.3A
+5VSB - 2.5A

Well I don't need to buy a new one but I want to. Budget is £20 and found this http://www.ebuyer.com/product/126928/show_product_overview. A comment on the reviews says this product is:

+3.3V - 28A
+5V - 30A
+12V - 20A
-12V - 0.5A
+5VSB - 2A

which in better than the one I got now? Need some comments.

Dont waste your money on that crap. The PSU you currently have is not worth the cardboard box it came in and neither is your suggested alternative. You need to up your budget to atleast 60 quid.

Couldn't agree more! Someone I know here made another type of mistake ordering a cheap case that included a garbage supply as well. When asked why the system suddenly no longer would start I asked if he did just that order a case seeing a crap supply thrown in.

What's funny there is he saw 350w, 430w, and 500w Antec models at a local office supply store rather then ordering online. I had to point out that the 350w maybe an old model still stocked seeing a 20pin not 20+4pin power connector! The 430w would be adequate since his case is budget to start with.
