Need a new video card?

Alright, So I play WoW, and I can run Ultra settings with a bit of lag, now with shadow quality, It all goes to hell, but it doesn't crash or anything, So should I replace my video card or should it be more of a processor issue I have a NVIDIA GeForce 6150 SE Graphics card. and My processor is an AMD Athlon LE-1640 Processor

So... Help and suggestions? :D

New GPU. That CPU should do alright. What kind of computer are we talking about here. 6150 is an intergrated card. You need to confirm you have an available PCI-Express slot
