Need a new video card

I need to upgrade my old 8500GT for something a little better. Looking for a good value card.

This is the card is was looking at. Is that a good deal? Can I get a better card for around the same price?

My compter spec;
asus p5q pro turbo
q6600
4gigs ocz
antec 650 earthwatt
antec 900 case
windows 7 64bit

Would this be a good card for me? I don't to too much gaming. If anyone suggests a different card it has to be from memory express. Thanks.
 
Really, the manufacturer, like if it's for example Asus, XFX, Powercolor, Gigabyte, Evga, Zotac isn't going to change the cards performance that much unless they're underclocked or overclocked. And the cooling system on them.

Unless you're not using GPU demanding programs and games you really won't need a HD5770.

or a GTS250

IMO i'd pick the GTS250 which has higher memory interface.
 
yes i know the reason i pointed it out is because the op wanted the hd5770 and then ice said the op should get the 5750 for almost the same price as the 5770 i posted (or a gts 250) just thought that i'd show there are several hd 5770's for that price and that a hd5750 was a pointless purchase.
