Need a new video card

Hey all, I just got a new PC (specs: Windows XP Pro, AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4600+, 2 gigs of ram, and an integrated 256 mb GeForce 6150 LE) and it's a fairly decent machine for the price but it's kind of crippled by the integrated video card.

Could anyone reccomend me a good gaming video card for about under $200 Canadian? Also, if possible, could you let me know what cards are good at this site as the store is just down the road for me and quite convinient:

One more thing, that card is a PCI-E, and my computer says it has 3 PCI slots...is that the same thing? This is the computer I have:

It's a good card but why would you buy a DX9 when the DX10 cards are out.
If you buy from newegg you can get a 8600 GT/GTS for relatively the same price

DX9 cards are cheaper. Also in my knowledge newegg only ships to the US.

DX9 cards are about the same as an 8600GT/S. $150 - $200 range. 8600 series has more features.

8600GTis about the same price as a 7950GT, I thought that the 7950 was a much stronger card for 200.
