Need a Photoshop Expert!

ok, this is a reach!..i need someone whom knows about computer drawing as i haven't a clue!...i have posted it here as not sure where to post it...may also try another section here on the forum....i have attached 2 pictures that i need modified involving a radar case i am defending...if anyone can use their expertise in doing computer drawing (however that is done!?), it would be GREATLY appreciated!!

at section "a";

i need a wall drawn the length of the picture dipicting a 3' foot concrete wall that would separate lanes of traffic on an interstate and i need the patrol cars' drivers door almost totally up against it with possibly an arrow or some other designation showing that it is facing forward with the flow of traffic and that radar is being shot from the rear deck..

at section "b";

i need another two similar lanes of traffic on the other side of the wall depicting traffic flowing in the opposite direction and with another vehicle "caught" inside the radar beam as in the opposite lane that the patrol car is in.

at section "c";

i need that blue "balloon" that says "target" to be wiped out as well as any designation on top of the car's image.

at section "d";

i need the wording that is scratched out eliminated.

**i need the radar beam to be wider so that it will go off of the roadway as well as to encompass both vehicles in it.

...as you can see, i cannot draw for xhit! as evidenced by the lines i have drawn. if anyone can do this for me, i would be most appreciative. you can "pm" me with any info ya want if need be...thanks again!

1..i need (two) three lane highways separated by a 3'foot concrete block
wall.
2..i need a cop car parked against that wall facing with the flow of
traffic and labeled as "patrol".
3..i need to have a vehicle on the same side of the road as the cop and in the center lane labeled "defendant".
4..below is a sketch that someone is helping me with to give you some sort of idea as to what i am seeking.

I've changed the design, take a look. It may mean there's less for you to do.

a = patrol car
b = defendants car
c = larger suv style car and can be labeled "suv/truck"
d = car going in opposit direction
e = radar beam (can be a shaded color) and labeled as a radar beam...

**the area next to the wall needs to be a bit larger to resemble a shoulder of the road where the patrol car was parked w/out compromising the current widths of the lanes......

**the dark area between the 2 highways should be labeled "3' wall"...

...damn SPECTACULAR!..ya almost got it!!!....

what i was hoing to see was both cars (defendants' and suv) in the beam completely......but, if ya can't do it, this would be enough to use!

....ya got it!.......i totally thank you and everyone for there help in all this....i have a case coming upin 2 weeks and cannot find the original diagram i had....hopefully, this will all turn out in my favor....i will stop by and let the forum know.....i tried 1 time to use photshop and it was just tooooo damnnnn harrrrd!......

...studied for many years and read law as a hobbie...used to be a leo....never took the bar though....been criticized for not taking it but, family member got sick and had to do the right thing so, here i am......
