need a power supply

im building a new computer and im way over my budget. so far i have evga x58 mb, asus gtx 470, sony dvd burner, antec 300 case g.skull 6gb ddr1600 ram and a asus 23.6 inches lcd. i still need to buy a itb hd and window 7. anyway, i need a 650w power supply that good enough for gtx 470( gtx 470 need +12 Volt current rating of 38 Amps). thanks in advance. also, for window 7, http://www.microsoft.com/student/en/us/windows/buynow/default.aspx will this work for a new build?
