Need a powerful gaming laptop

I have a budget of $2500-3000 for a 17" gaming laptop. Can someone please recommend the most powerful gaming laptop I can get for that price? Ideally one that I can play Far Cry 4 or 5 with the setting maxed and still get great frame rates.
