Need a program to hlep me with watching heat of CPU

Hi, i want to be OCing my CPU i have it 300MHZ above stock but i dont want to go any further or i might fry the cpu with heat. any ideas on what program to use to watch the heat?

Everest hasnt supported it in a long time. Theres alot of hardware that it doesnt recognize anymore.
