Need a quick hand

Hey guys. in the middle of playing a game today.and my computer freezes.
I turn it off and back on. and the ausus lifestyle comes up.and stays for extra long.then goes into the sata information and such.
It stays at this screen and will not load windows.
and a error at the bottom says
"CMOS checksum Error- defaults loaded"
and i cannot go ahead with f1 nor get into bios.

Can anyone help me out?

Usally that's a battery issue. Computer have those little round batteries on the motherboard to keep the time and some other internal settings. Replace it and correct any settings within the bios.

As for the computer locking up, that's rather strange. I doubt they have anything to do with one another...
