Need advice: Buying a low-cost external hard drive

I'm in the process of shopping for an external hard drive. The drive will primarily be used to back up hundreds of portfolio pictures for my business. Can anyone recommend a good quality, yet cheaper, external drive? Thanks
 
I've found that Western Digital makes some nice external hard drives, although you need to read the reviews because there are certain models that have had numerous problems, while others have performed flawlessly. Do you know what size drive you are looking for?

I'd probably would only need a smaller drive. My current picture collection takes up about 20 GB's. This might double or triple over the next decade as the business grows. But I would think one of the smaller memory drives would suffice. I'm trying to spend the least amount of money without sacrificing quality, since this drive is intended to back up all those pics.
