Need advice/help

So I've been looking to upgrade my rig, but I just need a little bit of guidance or advice on what would be the best purchase.

I need to upgrade my video card which is currently an NVIDIA GeForce GT 440, and I've been looking at a couple of cards and narrowed it down to two within my price range of $100 - $200 dollars.

I'm really considering the HIS card because I can shell out an extra $10 bucks, and get a better card? Maybe you can recommend a better one?

My second issue is cooling.
I have an Apevia X-plorer 2 Chassis

I'm going to get two 120mm fans, and place them up at the top so I was wondering if the airflow would be more than accommodating for the card?

I usually run at 37 degrees celsius right now, and I'm worried if it goes any higher I might have an issue.

The 270 is faster by a good margin. What PSU (exact model do you have)?

I'm not terribly sure on the exact model that I have, but I think this may be it? It's a 700 watt Extremegear PSU

If thats your supply, then yes, go with the 270.
