Need advice in building a Media Server

I'm kind of a noob at this but I got into backing up my BluRay movies onto HDDs but the problem is they take up a lot of space (each movie's about 25GB)and I have a lot to backup so I need more HDD space. The problem is that I don't want 10TB of externals hangin around and having to deal with all the wires and the power issues. What I do want is 10TB of internal storage in one central location with one wire to deal with and one power supply. Can anyone help me on how to build something like this??? Any help would be much appreciated.

:good:Thanks that was very helpful and I really like the look of it too. I would like to be able to have this sit next to my TV as kind of an accessory so it's has a very sleek look and very easy to use as well which is nice. :good:
