I'm not that experienced with computers and need some advice.
looking to buy a new desktop while trying to find a decent one for as cheap as possible. What I'm looking to do with the new computer is use it as my media center. I would like to be able to watch movies, hook it up to a tv with high picture quality (maybe HDTV one day soon), rip and burn dvd's, stream video, do some light video editing, be able to run photoshop, rosetta stone, other misc. applications, all of the microsoft office applications, downloading, playing and managing music and my ipod and play some basic/intermediate computer game. I'm not looking to play any advanced video games or work with graphics, mixing sound or anything too advanced. I want it to be fast and efficeint.

I want to know if this is a decent computer to buy and what this computers weak areas are. They typically end up selling for 225-250 and I'm willing to spend a little more on upgrades such as a better graphics/video card, additional RAM, etc... I'm not that experienced with computers so I'm not sure if it even needs upgrades or if upgrades wouldn't be worth the cost.
