Need Advice on video cards from $100-$130

Currently I have a 2 gig ram/AMD Athlon XP 3000+ computer with a GeForce XT5900FX video card. I want better graphics on high settings when I play Doom 3 and/or F.E.A.R. Anyone recommend an AGP card between $100-$130?? I was looking at this card:

It's $140 after sale price and $20.00 Mail-in Rebate. Do you think it's good? Any suggestions?

This card is more powerful than the 7600gt and is less expensive too. It would also work if you were limited to a AGPx4 slot.

Edit: I take back the less expensive part.. It's $10 dollars more after MRI.
