Need Advice Please

Hi, I'm pretty new to getting into computers so I need advice on buying a new one. Its an HP Pavilion p7-1010, if you don't want to search it up here are the specs- 1tb hardrive, 450 bucks, AMD Athlon II X4 645 processor, ATI Radeon HD 4200 graphics card. Now i just need to know if I can do what I want to do with this computer. I won't do a lot of gaming just two games probably- Minecraft and Team Fortress 2. But the most important thing is I want to do high level video editing, but let me get more specific. The most high-tech program I would probably use is Sony Vegas Pro 10, now I'm gonna use it a lot so I need to know if this computer can handle it smoothly with no problems. No lag, no crashes or blue screens. And that just about sums it up, please let me know whether this computer will fit my needs or I should look elsewhere.

sounds like it'll work fine, but i'd look around on newegg to see if they've got anything better, also tiger direct, and for the games, check steam, they've got some pretty fun mmo's and others for free.
