This are my choices of motherboard :GIGABYTE GA-EX58-UD4P or EVGA 132-BL-E758-A1

which motherboard is more compatible for this computer specs?
AND the specs that i will install are as follows:

Processor: C2Q i7 920 2.66Ghz
GPU: Asus Nvidia Geforce 9600GT 512mb
RAM: Corsair Dominator (2x3) DDR3 OC’d
Casing: Antec Twelve Hundred
PSU: Antec TP-750 Blue
Heatsink: (Cooler master V10) or (Thermalright True black 120) ???

Both boards will take the Intel Core i7 chip.
