need advice

It really depends on usage. For simple browser use Chromixium or some other lightweight OS would suffice. For gaming though Windows would be the best shot, as it supports pretty much every game.

As said it depends on what you want to do. Chromixium is a Linux based OS and like all Linux distros needs a geek to operate it fully. Other than that you only, really, have Windows 10 or Mac OS (which I personally wouldn't recomend to anyone but that is just my opinion.) People will say that Windows 7 is good but win7 will be unsupported by 2020 and as far as programs are concerned is, more or less, unsupported now. Tell us what you want to do then perhaps someone will come up with other alternatives.
