I'm new here...
I'm on the lookout for a cheap AMD MP 2400+, or an XP 2400 that has been modded to an MP and confirmed in working condition...
One of my chips fried and let out all of its magic smoke a little while back
, so my system is a little limp at the moment..
Now, to save some time I just want to say that I really want this system up and about again, so please do not post any suggestions for new and better systems. I have also tried modding two XP's myself, with the astounding success-rate of ZIP, nada, no nuthing.. This is why I'm looking for an MP or a modded working XP..
Oh, and if you do have a CPU that fits my need, I'll of course pay the shipping (I live in Norway) and whatever cash you demand for the chip (within reasonable amounts).. Paypal works best for me, but we could probably find other arrangements..
Hoping to get some help here, as eBay has failed me.. Only $150-200 pairs of MPs there..
