true but im a chancer. and even if its just you all opinions are appreciated. still trying to make up my mind. ur optimism helps.
 
^^ It's just that most builds on ebay (esp mass manufactured) use crappy parts. Like mobo's. Dont expect much. Remember, you get what you pay for and nothing more.
 
My dad bought a Dell off of ebay and it works great.
custom computers might be a different story though. be carefull, check the seller ratings also
some are good and legit, some arnt
 
Dell? Bah Yes manufactured pc's that are well known are good off ebay but, like you said with custom builds you never know what your getting until you get it.
 
I wouldn't recommend off ebay because the put crap parts in the PC, i would recommend buying one from a shop and has a good and well known company name on it.
 
Yeah, personaly I wouldnt take the chances with the custom rigs, some are good, but most try to rip people off by putting in what they said they put in, but the cheapest version possible.
 
One thing to be careful of with custom builders at that they are using new parts. Some PC techs have been known to take used parts and sell them as new in a system.
 
Well.. they've got 98.7% positive feedback if that means anything ..

+ it'd cost less than that if u were to build that rig urself ... so it sound legit since there making money

Yeah, that's why if you build custom you know you know you are getting knew parts, or you go for a big company like HP or Acer.

Always check the feedback when buying off ebay!
