Need big help with asus v999ge :(

I have seriuos problem with this asus card. When I install asus smartdoctor most of the times windows starts it reboots immediately. So I uninstalled it but yet my pfs sometimes reboots even when not playing any games and computer is idle. I left the comp working with no programs in the background for few hours and it had rebooted . Can sb help me with finding the reason why?. I have the newsest asus drivers, tried reinstalling them with nvidia 61.77 but nothing changed.My motherboard is Abit Is-7 with newest BIOS and applied Intel patch for i865PE.PLS HELP!!!

Dont install it ... its not horribly that useful

Check:
1. Power capacity
2. Voltage
3. Temps
4. Big one: your OS/software
