Alright I'll try to make this as painless as possible, I will be building a PC in about three years for $3000.00. It must be able to run WoW on max setting (full anti-aliasing, full lighting effect, etc.), at-least have 8 gbs of RAM, Vista 64bit home premium, quad core (Hate to say it but ill be bottle-necked if I don't) 500 gbs of HDD, super awesome graphics cards, three monitors, monitor stand maybe, matrox triplehead2go (if you think its worth it), awesome mobo, awesome CPU cooler, and all the other components of a computer that I cant remember atm. Well... good luck with that mate.:D
 
Three years is a long time as far as computer technology. New technology will be out by then that isn't even heard of now so what you are asking isn't practical.

You could get a sweet machine for under $1,300. I would save up $1,000 and then come back for advice once you have accrued your small nest egg.
 
i thought you knew a lot about computers mate? apparently not.

come back in three years when you are ready to buy. you could run WoW on max settings on a $700 computer...
