Need case suggestions...sorry but new thread starting from scratch

if you seen my other threads im trying to build my first pc and right now im stuck on what case to get it seems i cant find the perfect one cause im always reading something bad about it

like alot of the coolermaster cases i keep reading about this grounding problem with the front panel that makes your pc reboot, other cases its a matter of size and air flow problems

so im going to give you my specs of what my pc will look like inside as of now im looking for suggestions on mid towers or full towers as many as you can give me that meet my requirements

i would prefer if the usb ports and the lights for activity and power were on the front panel not on top but at this point i will take anything but that is the preference..i need some thats cool with good air flow but relatively quiet doesnt have to be dead silence but not any weird noises light fan noise is alright..if the case has fans with led lights and they dont turn off please provide me also with good fans to replace whats in there that meet the quiet and cool requirement..one of the main things i liked about some of the coolermaster cases was the ease of putting in hard drives with the tool less design if i could get something like that that would be great

and the last thing in this case is with everything im putting in there now i would like the room for possible upgrades down the road whether it be drives...different video card or extra video card..or even a better cpu cooler since i will be using stock for now

sorry if sound nuts on this or any other post..im just anxious and nervous about doing this for the first time and want everything to go right and want as little issues as possible and things to last

my specs as of now im looking at is

I want to suggest my case. It's made by Lian-Li. They make some very durable and high quality cases. Definitely a lot more beefy than I was expecting, and such a difference from my first $30 I ever bought.

I know you said you wanted your USB and power on the front, but this one is on the top. It's worth a look though.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811112239

Benefits include:
*90 degree swivel to the drive bay depending on how you want to mount your drives
*Tool-less hard drive caddys with rubber washers to remove hard drive noise (Drives just pop in there)
*Tool-less expansion slots. Just lift the lever and you can add/remove a card in seconds.
*Four air fans: One rear exhaust, two HUGE top exhausts, and a large front intake.
*Bottom mounted power supply with bottom vent for PSU fan to draw in cool air from outside the case
*Air screens on the front panel to prevent dust getting into the machine. (The dust will just collect on the front and can be wiped off)
*LOTS of room inside to work.

Here's my suggestions. If you want a no BS quiet classy case then take a look at this:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811129061&Tpk=p183

I used to have an older model of that case and I will recommend it to anyone who's looking for a roomy quiet case.

If you're looking for something a bit cheaper then this case is pretty nice too:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811129086

Both those cases come with excellent quiet fans so you probably won't have to replace them.

Reviews aren't always correct. PPl tend to only review from a bad exp. and probly 1/2 of those would be unreliable.

If you want a full tower, pretty much anything on this list would be ok:

For a mid tower, these are good. They're more or less priced low to high as I've listed them (I stopped at the $200 mark), and I've put some colored markers on to indicate cases that have the same chassis underneath the skin.

Be sure to pay attention to shipping charges, as a $40 case can easily turn into a $60+ one from that.

thanks for the replies so i found a few good ones still looking..but this one has caught my eye Corsair Graphite Series 600T..only things im unsure of with it is whats the max amount of fans that can be installed in the case..i believe 3 come with it..2 with white leds

considering how the case is built im not sure if these leds will bother me so can someone recommended fans to replace the led ones just incase that are quiet and cool and also if someone can find out whats the max amount of fans i can put in this thing is that would be great

Honestly I have zero complaints with my Cooler Master Centurion Tac5 Case, its older 2x120mm vents and 1x80mm vent but the entire front panel is mesh, and provides great passive airflow, ran an 8800GTX in it for awhile till i went with a GTS250 due to the 8800GTX kind of exploding due to a PSU going bad, but it kept that 8800GTX at 85-90C in that case. They are great, they are quiet also, and I bought it in 2007 and its still my case lol

so this is what ive been looking into this batch not sure which one still would like opinions on these if you have an opinion on any of them..besides what im looking for in the case which i mentioned already

if i dont like the leds in alot of these it would have to be fairly simple to replace them..i read some cases some spots are almost impossible or very difficult to remove a fan and add new one

Between those. The PC-P80

From what I understand, the white LED's on the 600T aren't very "in your face" like most are...they're very soft and elegant.

The HAF-X is also a very good case, no worries. What "static issue" are you talking about, exactly?

Of the ones you picked, the nine hundred is really the only one I'd advise against. It has very little in the way of cable management. Were it significantly cheaper, maybe...but as-is there are much better ones for the price, such as the Tempest EVO, which functionally is more or less an improved 900.

if look at various cm cases reviews on newegg or google certain phrases you will see on alot of there cases there not grounded right that if you touch the front panel with your hands or even plug in a usb flash drive the pc reboots due to static electricity..its in alot of there cases 2 cases i was interested in from them that had it was the cm 690 II and the scout

Thats quite a few responses, I would highly recommend the Antec 1200 if you can afford it, if not you can go with the Antec 900. Once you switch to the Antec cases, you will probably never buy a PC case from another company ever again...

Not once had that issue. Silly people need to use motherboard standoffs, and the front panel is mostly plastic.

902 and 1200 have very decent cable management... im not sure why people beat on em, only problem i have with my 1200 is the filters, they clog weekly due to my house being dusty.

i highly recommend the silverstone Raven RV-02, its quiet, easy to clean, and the motherboard faces ass up, so all the weight is taken off the graphics cards, and they dont tend to sag from the weight of their heatsinks

Im new to alot of this, but I can say I have watched hours of youtube case reviews from 3DGAMEMAN, and been to multiple sites and yada yada you know the drill and all I hear about is how amazing and bang for the buck the Cool Master 690 ii is. Take it for what its worth, but all these people cant be wrong right :)
