Need cheap 775 motherboard

So I am looking for a new or used 775 motherboard with a PCI 2.0 x16 slot with DDR 400, DDR2 667, or DDR3 1333 RAM. This is going to be used with an intel e6800 CPU. Also needs IDE. Need to keep this as cheap as possible. Thanks.

About 45 dollars and has support for DDR3, not sure if foxconn are reliable but looks like a great mobo.

Both of these have IDE and a PCI-E 16x slot.

foxconn is crap. Don't go near them. We have a PC that used to have one, and the onboard video died after a year and a bit.
