need chipset help

hello all i have a dell dimension 4600 with the n2828 board,(this series of dell came with 3 board options..i have the n2828)..i need to know what chipset i have in this board...i use cpuz and 36 mark and others but they all give me 3 kinds...either..845p, 865p, or the 865pe...i do know that it supports pentium 4 and celeron cpu only...i want to upgrade my cpu...i beleive that i must use a northwood core...can i upgrade to a pentium 4 3GHz w/ ht tech. and 512 l2 cache and 800mhz fsb?....any help with what cpu i can upgrade to or what exact chipset i have would be great thank you
 
it must be a northwood core because the board does not support the prescott..l1 cache must be 12+8...while l2 cache must be 512 but i may be wrong thats why i need someone who knows about this to help i have researched this board for about a month and still have discrempisies...please if you dont research this board and find something cocrete then please dont reply...thnks again
