Need Cooling System Reccomendation

I am not too savy with the internals but would really like to ditch the current cooling system as it is way too loud and I just can't take it any longer.

I currently have a Monsoon II CLT-M2A cooling my AMD Athlon 64 X2 5200+ Socket AM2 processor. MB is MSN-SLI Deluxe.

There are so many coolers which claim to be silent, ultra-quiet, etc but I really don't know which one to pick. e.g. http://www.thermaltakeusa.com/Products.aspx?C=1151

I don't do any gaming, I use my comp for business, internet and sometimes watching movies.

If anyone could recommend some CPU coolers that are truly quiet and will work for my system and needs, I would greatly appreciate it.

I don't have a budget per se, but would obviously like to keep it as cheap as possible. Forgetting price, if there are other ones that you or anyone else would recommend, I'd like to know.
 
Well, if you want to do a complete cooling system overhaul, I would switch both the front and rear 120mm fans to Noctua NF S12s, they're 1200rpm fans that mush a decent amount of air for being almost completely silent.

Next I would buy the CPU heatsink I suggested earlier, or if you can buy any large tower heatsinks with well spaced fins and attached a Noctua NF P12 fan onto it.

Finally, if your graphics card fan is loud, you can buy passive heatsinks such as the Arctic Cooling Accelero X1/2.
