Need desktops

Need 3 desktops for a small business. The software they will run requires:
-- Dual-core processor, min 1 GHz
-- 4 GB RAM
-- 20 GB harddrive space
-- Monitor resolution 1366x768
-- Windows 8 (+)
-- Internet Explorer 32 bit, version 10(+)
-- Microsoft Office Pro (Word and Excel 2010 or later)

At least one of the PCs is needed within a week or so, so I'm looking for suggestions for purchasing the unit. The requirements are pretty minimal, so finding a decent PC shouldn't be hard. FWIW, the software provider recommends HP.

For the other two PCs, I may just build them. Can anyone provide a recommended parts list? Emphasis should be on reliability.

For business use, i would suggest you consider those refurb PC from dell business outlet.
They have 3 year warranty.

Had to make a quick choice so I bought a HP bundle #110-417CB at Sam's Club. Included Intel J2900, 4GBAM, 1 TB HDD, 23" monitor, Win 8.1, for $500 (Amazon had same bundle for $800+). Office Pro 2013 cost me another $200, so total with tax was a bit under budget. I set it up yesterday, downloaded Office without any problems. We'll see how well it performs ...
