Need drivers for motherboard

I'm trying to find the motherboard drivers for a MSI K8T Neo FIS2R (MS-6702) but haven't had any luck. Anyone know a good place to look?
 
Thanks for the reply. I can't use that because one of the drivers needed is the ethernet driver, so I can't access the internet on the computer I want to update. I need a driver I can save to a different PC then transfer it via usb stick, then install on the other PC.
 
ok I think I might have found them here: http://global.msi.com.tw/index.php?func=downloaddetail&type=driver&maincat_no=1&prod_no=565

But I'm a bit confused, when I open the zip file the drivers are there, but don't they need to be installed? or do I just put these somewhere?

I think these are the driver files?

No, Go to the Device manager. Right click on the device, click update driver, Check not at this time (click next), Check dont search I will choose driver (click next), Click Have Disk, then direct it to the folder that has the upzipped driver in.
