need drivers

so i have an emachines e1331g-03w desktop. i currently have it dissasembled so cant tell you the specs about the motherboard. it came with windows 7 home premium 64bit, but want to install vista ultimate 64bit. i looked at emachines website and they only have drivers for win 7. can any one help with finding the drivers for the motherboard that are compatible with vista 64bit, or would vista already have the generic driver for it when i install? i primarily think i would need te lan, audio, and chipset drivers. also, is there a difference between vista and win 7 drivers? could i use the win 7 drivers for vista? thanks for the help
 
Okay here is what you might look into.

Emachines support page, motherboard specs.

I know you looked at what they offer for support and they don't officially show driver support for Vista. However that same motherboard also uses the GeForce 6150SE nForce 430 chipset.

Take a look at nVidia.

Specifications for NVIDIA GeForce® 6150 and NVIDIA nForce® 430

They list Vista support for that chipset in both:

Vista 32bit

Vista 64bit

If Vista doesn't support the audio driver you may have to go to Realtek and find the driver for your audio.

These are alternative suggestions only. There is no guaranty that these drivers will work with that particular motherboard.
 
so all is well. i installed vista and it has all the drivers already, and went to windows update and it had some updated ones, so looks like im good to go. thanks for the help
