Need Fans, everyone plz help

I just got a new custom comp i build and the case has 4 fan holes but came with one fan so i need 3 more 80cm fans what would be the best but at the same time not toooo loud.

specs

2800 xp athlon
1024mb ram
80gb hd
ati 9800 pro

u should have a look on e-bay if u all ready haven't, if any one else has any web sites where he could mabie buy a fan from post them plesae to help this person.:)

Define best and define not-toooo-loud :)

There are a couple approaches to this:
1. Get uber-loud fans and a fan-controller
2. Balance fans
3. Temperature adjusted fans

best beeing fans that blow alot of air and cool down my comp very well but at the same time not so loud that i cant hear my headset while i play games.

based on that if you could suggest some case fans like what im asking for.
