need free .edu email

Some sites require .edu email address, but i dislike giving out my school email in an attempt to avoid junk email, if anyone knows a free email service that offers email ending in .edu it would be greatly appreciated.
 
I imagine most sites that only take .edu emails don't send out too much spam, but you can get one at australia.edu
 
What sites are you looking at signing up for? .edu accounts are hard to come by I would think. If it's a reputable site then I would trust it(IE ruckus, i never get spam from them or anywhere else)
