I would get Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit. There is a link to it in my previous post. I am guessing you live in the United States. Is that correct?

Haha :D Looks like you Built my rig from my signature.

That case has more than enough cooling. You'll want a heatsink though, there is no overclocking headroom without an aftermarket one.

This one is the best for it's price, or best for a couple bucks away from it too.

Here's proof.

If you want to save a 20 bucks or so, then get this mobo, same one as mine.

Can someone help me change my Optical Drive: LITE-ON Black 24X SATA CD/DVD Burner?
To something as good? Cause i want to buy it in a place near my house, but they don't have that in stock.
Thanks.

I don't think he is planning on overclocking his processor. If you aren't going to overclock the heatsink that comes with the processor is fine.

I mentioned the stock heatsink was fine, but if he wanted to overclock or have a cool cpu I just gave him an option. But now im lost because he wanted to spend 600$ max and now his rig is getting spendy

You picked some good components for your system. Your processor is one of the best offered by Advanced Micro Devices. Tell us when you get it all up and running.
