I am not looking for some cheap crap, but not looking for OMFG COOL good stuff. Medium I guess. I get this when I see if I can play COD2.

Sorry I don't know what kind of motherboard I have, and I have no clue if I have a free sot available. I have a dell 5100..
 
Yes that is it. Hm...Idk..100$ can get me something nice? and is a graphics card and a video card the same thing?

yeah, its the same thing

you can get a geforce 6600 or ati's x700 and x1300 for less than $100
 
yeah, if u could squeeze those $35, that card is very good, but yeah its 1/3 of your budget so....

either get the 6600 or X700, i dont wanna recommend a card between those two becouse i don't know which one is better

The X700, owns the 600 big time, def go for the X700, this is proven by - http://www.gpureview.com/show_cards.php?card1=188&card2=98 the only thing that the 6600 has going for it over the x700 is the fact that the 6600 has SM3.0 support and the X700 doesnt, you can choose which suits you best, higher clocks or SM3....
