Need Graphics Driver

I recently reformatted my computer and need to dowload a graphics driver for my video card now. The problem is I have no clue what card it is. I have a Windows 2000 Pro OS and all i know is the card is an Intel. Could you please tell me how to find more details about the card.
 
you could either download Everest, or click Start-Run, and type in DXDIAG, should tell you the type of card in there...
