Depends on where you live. If you're in the US, then probably newegg, amazon, micro center, fry's electronics are a few on the list I'd buy from.

Either of the sites we listed, you can order the parts that you like (we can help if you need it) and then build it at home!!

We have extensive guides here with pics and of course lots of experienced members to help you along too!

My advice would be not to spend money on 'new' components for learning/testing purposes. You might be able to find used parts at some local resellers?

Might be more beneficial to read some of the guides and check out other peoples builds, that way you can learn without any monetary commitment

Honestly, it's almost impossible to break stuff while building a PC. I mean... you have to be pretty ridiculous to pull it off.
