Need Help Accessing my Remote PC

The email program we have at work is:

www8.incredimail.com

I am trying to access at home but it says that I am not allowed access to the site?

Incredimail has:

www.incredimail.com
www.incredimail.com XE
www.incredimail.com Premium

But what is www8.incredimail.com???

I had no help cantacting the company.

www8.incredimail.com must be on a private server.
I'm not sure about that though.
