Need help asap please

Ok my gf was using our laptop the other day and downloaded revo uninstaller(free 30 day trial) to clear some stuff
She deleted a few programs and removed all registry files etc on them
She then took off revo the same way and the laptop crashed
When we rebooted there were lots of errors, sound wasn't working, couldn't record voice clips on msn, internet connecton saying wasn't connected even though we were browsing sites and logged in msn, repair wizards not working, SYSTEM RESTORE DOESN'T APPEAR TO BE FUNCTIONING CORRECTLY
THE VOLUME SHADOW COPY ISN'T WORKING etc etc
Is there a way to fix this ourselves cos we are short on cash right now
Dell wanted 100$ as we were out of warranty and well i can't find anything cheaper thn that
Do we have to reinstal windows or is there another way?

Try an install all your drivers, you can get those online from the manufacture website. If that doest work then re-install the OS.
 
Is there a recovery partition on the laptop to where you can repair the OS? Or do you have an actual install cd? What operating system is it?
