need help building a PC

I'm trying to build a computer on my own, since my current PC is like 1 or 2 generation behind. I was wondering if anyone can help me a little by reading the specifications and can run and matches with other hardwares without any trouble.

I was also wondering things like

-would the cooling in the on cpu and in tower should be enough to cool off the PC

-It says that motherboard has chitset of graphic thing, but would I need other graphics card if I wanted to play demanding games. If so, what is the graphic card opitions or specfications I have to consider when choosing one.

-I don't want to fry my PC because of the power supply problem. Any tips regarding to that?

Do you want to stick on AMD?
Currently, Intel do better on CPU.

CPU: Intel E6750 or Q6600
MB: Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3L or Asus P5K-E/WIFI-AP (RAID + crossfire) or EVGA 122-CK-NF67-T1 (RAID + SLi)
RAM: anything with DDR2 800 2x1GB, the lower the Cas Latency is better, suggest reading the customers reviews
GPU: for gaming, 8800GTS 320MB is the min. requirement, IMO
PSU: Looking at the PSU's spec from the one coming with the case, in is not really good.
Suggest getting the Ulra X-Finity 600W if don't have much money. Or the Consair 520W Modular PSU if you have more cash
