need help building computer

Due to my pc hardly working, i have decided to put together a new pc.
but i dont know which will be the best parts for me to get.
i have just got a new job, so money is not a issue

What do you want to use it for? (Work, Gaming, School)
What's your buget? $600? $1000? $2000-?

ok, in this case money is a issue,
my buget is about $1000, maybe more if i dont get xbox 360 games.
The computer is going to be used mostly for gaming and encoding.
