Need help building my first computer (Mini-ITX)

So I tend to move alot and have decided to get one of those small desktops that I can easily lug around. Been looking at the barebones kits but they're all come short whether it be a GPU or a PSU (most of them around 250W). So far, I've read that these Mini-ITX's run HOT and LOUD.

Would it be more expensive to start from scratch or buy a barebones kit and swap out the weak stuff? If you guys can suggest a build with my needs, that would be great.

Here's what I'm after:
* Budget under $600... lower the better.
* Just something with at least C2D capability (I've heard Quad-Core is about the same price a year ago for a C2D, so that should be a good thing)
* Gaming: TF2, CS:S, and WoW (hopefully all on the fullest settings)
* HDD space: Around the 200GB area. Don't need alot.
* Looking to hook it up to a 32'' LCD in the future. <--- I'm not buying the 32'' yet! Just want the proper GPU connections or anything that might affect it.

That's pretty much it... I'm not going to be playing Crysis or running some crazy intensive programs. Pretty much going to be doing regular student stuff with occasional games mentioned above.

I hope this is the proper protocol for posting in this section. Thanks for the help.

I looked at those ITX's too because they take up less space. I couldn't find one with all the options I wanted so I went with a nice Micro-ATX. The case is an Apevia(in my signature) with a nice retractable handle. I love it!:good: I'm currently running at about 25-30C on both the CPU & MOBO.
