need help building new rig

how much are u willing to spend on this i assume u will ipgrade parts as opposed to a whole new computer. the monitor and speakers seem very good(i have the 530s and i am very happy with them.
 
around 400 dollars. I hope to get the vid card used in the next couple of weeks, and Im assuming that prices will drop during the holiday season. I also plan on selling my mobo, cpu, cpu hs/f, and vid card to help finance the upgrade. Im hoping to get like 200 - 250 for what I have now.

Does anyone know how good the stock hs/f are that come with 64's; Ive heard that they are pretty good and most people get like 2.3 - 2.4 ghz with them.

The heat sink in my opinion is better then the ones that come on the p4, and yes you can get a 64 to 2.4 with the stock one but you'll be in the 60s if not higher.

They are good 'sinks ... but far superior (and worse) ones exist

I thought 64's ran around 30 celsius stock

Venices run in the 30C range.
